Description: All Cleo Integration Cloud services appear to be performing as normal and are confirmed through monitoring. Cleo will provide an RCA through the Services Update section in CIC within the next 5 business days.

Description: To address the CIC degradation incident, Cleo engineers analyzed, assessed and deployed appropriate product fixes to the CIC platform at 9pm CT on June 2nd. We will publish the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) in the next 2-3 business days. Please note the following: 1a. For any “In Progress” transactions that happened between 7:40pm CT, June 1st to 9:00pm CT, June 2nd: - Cleo will automatically reprocess the transactions on behalf of the customer, through the next 24 to 36 hours 1b. All transactions after 9:00pm CT June 2nd should have been processed normally. However, there is a 1% chance that some transactions might be in the “In Progress” state. Those transactions will be proactively identified and manually reprocessed on behalf of the customer. 1c. However, if you have a special situation or scenario where you prefer that transactions NOT be automatically reprocessed, please contact this dedicated email hotline [email protected] immediately.
