    Update: Customers may have experienced issues accessing the Cleo Integration Cloud (CIC) Cockpit between 12:00 CDT - 12:34 CDT. If your Database integrations are using the CIC DB Proxy feature, some Database connection attempts and active Database connections may have failed during this time. In the CIC Job’s view, these connection failures would be identified with a red status. All CIC services are performing as normal and confirmed through monitoring as of 12:34 CDT. Cleo will provide an RCA through the Services Update section in CIC within the next 5 business days.

    Update: Cleo engineers are preparing a fix to restore normal service performance of CIC Studio. Cleo will perform an Emergency Maintenance on Thursday, August 18, at approximately 18:00 CDT.
