    Status: Resolved
    Update: The internal error rate has dropped to .05%. This internal error rate is within Cleo's historical threshold for inbound AS2 transactions, which means AS2 transactions are flowing at previous levels of success. An additional fix is being planned within the next several days to further reduce the error rate.

    Update: Cleo engineers are continuing to work on a fix to restore normal service performance to CIC Engine. We will provide another update within the next two hours.

    Update: Cleo engineers have identified the underlying cause creating the current CIC Engine failures. Our team is actively working on a fix intended to be deployed today. In the meantime, the error rate has dropped to .1%. We will continue to provide periodic updates.

    Update: On Friday January 6th around 8 am central, Cleo Engineers where alerted to an increase in failure rates for inbound AS2 communications. This failure rate has gradually gotten worse throughout the day to the point your trading partner may be noticing an increase in failures. Approximately 3% of inbound AS2 connections are internally erring and returning a "502 Bad Gateway" to trading partners. Most of the trading partner ecosystem has a multi-attempt retry on their side, which Cleo is projecting is succeeding 95% of the time within 2 minutes. Cleo is expecting the number of actual failed transmissions to be approximately .15% for inbound AS2 transmissions. For these .15% of failed transmissions, your trading partners will have to invoke their recovery mechanism and resubmit. Cleo Engineers are actively working on a fix for this problem.

    Update: As of 15:43 CDT, all impacted Cleo Integration Cloud (CIC) components are performing as normal and Cleo continues to confirm through monitoring. Cleo will provide an RCA through the Services Update section in CIC within the next 5 business days.

    Update: While we continue to see improvements in all of the impacted components, CIC is still experiencing sporadic CIC Cockpit connectivity issues/delays and/or transactional processing delays. Meanwhile, transactions continue to process successfully. Customers leveraging the DBProxy capabilities of CIC Agent may be experiencing sporadic connectivity issues to their back-end systems. Customers leveraging CIC Engine's API Provider may also be experiencing intermittent connectivity issues. Please note that we see a significant improvement in both DBProxy and API Provider error rates. We are expecting further recovery in the next 30 minutes.

    Update: CIC is continuing to experience Cockpit connectivity issues and/or delays, and transactional processing delays up to 15 minutes, However, transactions continue to process successfully. Customers leveraging the DBProxy capabilities of the CIC Agent may be experiencing sporadic connectivity issues to their back-end systems, Customers leveraging API Provider may also be experiencing intermittent connectivity issues when attempting to connect to those API's. We continue to see a significant improvement in both DBProxy and API Provider error rates, starting at 12:40 PM CDT, but are not seeing full recovery yet. We do expect error rates to continue to improve with the affected subsystems, and will provide further updates as recovery progresses. However we do not yet have a solid ETA.

    Status: Investigating
    Update: CIC is currently experiencing Cockpit connectivity issues and/or delays, and transactional processing delays up to 15 minutes, However, transactions are processing successfully. We do not yet have a solid ETA, but will continue to provide updates as we progress.
