Description: At approximately 10:56 AM PST on Friday 2/18/22, we received reports incorrectly displayed data, slow connections or loading, as well as reports of 504 errors. We found the cause of this incident to be a calculated dashboard report that was being refreshed on a continuous basis every few seconds instead of its intended 5-minute basis. We implemented a caching function for this to limit the frequency of these data pulls and calculations needed for this report. This caching system took time to build up cached data accurately and resulted in instances of reports of outdated or inaccurate information during this time. These inaccuracies have since been resolved. We are truly sorry for any inconvenience that this may have caused you.

Description: Issue Summary: At approximately 6:00 AM PST 1/20/22, reports of errors being received when attempting to move more than 1000 leads at a time. This issue may have also presented an error during new account creations. Cause: During a planned release, backend changes were pushed out that related to the moving of leads. These changes resulted in the error messages noted above under specific conditions. Resolution: We were able to identify the issue with the affected system and restored the functionality at approximately 7:00 PM PST 1/21/22. Additional internal procedures have been put in place to ensure better control of release updates.
