    Update: Overall performance of the Dubber has improved with load times reduced. Dubber is continuing to remediate the problem and is working to clear the backlog of recordings that are not yet in the portal. Due to the volume this may take several hours.

    Status: Identified
    Update: Dubber is working to resolve an issue that is causing intermittent errors when logging into the portal, slow performance from the portal and delays in recordings appearing in the portal. Please note that this incident is not impacting Dubber recording calls.

We are working with Microsoft to determine the cause and work on a resolution.
