    Status: Resolved
    Update: This morning around 11:45am EST, the Help Scout web application experienced sporadic connection failures, resulting in long page load times, and in some cases, pages failing to load at all. The off-and-on nature of this issue resulted in roughly 15 minutes of downtime. At roughly 12:00pm EST, all services were back to normal and all queued messages were pushed into Help Scout. Very sorry for the trouble today!

    Status: Resolved
    Update: Performance across the web and mobile apps was degraded from about 11.30AM ET until 11.45AM ET. Users experienced slow page loads, timeouts, connection issues, and other errors. The issue has been resolved and the app is now running smoothly.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: We have been monitoring app performance, and everything continues to be stable across the board, so we're closing this out. Please get in touch with us if you experience any issues, and we'll investigate. Again, thanks for your patience while we worked through this.

    Update: Web app performance is back to normal, and all services are stable at the moment. However, our team is monitoring performance closely, and we'll post another update as soon as we're confident we can close this one out.

    Update: While believe we’ve identified the root cause of the issues and are working on a fix, we’re continuing to investigate until we have more certainty.     Update: We've received reports of some outbound emails getting bounced or quarantined, which seems to be related to how Help Scout's email domain is being handled by some email providers. Our engineers are investigating now.
