Description: This morning around 11:45am EST, the Help Scout web application experienced sporadic connection failures, resulting in long page load times, and in some cases, pages failing to load at all. The off-and-on nature of this issue resulted in roughly 15 minutes of downtime. At roughly 12:00pm EST, all services were back to normal and all queued messages were pushed into Help Scout. Very sorry for the trouble today!

Description: Performance across the web and mobile apps was degraded from about 11.30AM ET until 11.45AM ET. Users experienced slow page loads, timeouts, connection issues, and other errors. The issue has been resolved and the app is now running smoothly.
