Description: For 20 minutes at 2:15 PM, PST we were alerted to our internal event messaging system became backed up and discarded events. This caused failed operations in webhooks, audit log events, workflow automation actions, and search sync during this timeframe. This issue was fixed at 2:25 pm and verified working correctly from that time on.

Description: The Insightly desktop web application had performance problems due to insufficient network resources. During this time new connections to the application timed out. We've since allocated additional resources to the network devices to remove that bottleneck.

Description: Starting at 8:28am Pacific and lasting until 8:45am the Insightly web application encountered some performance issues with a higher than normal user load.
