Description: We have identified intermittent outages affecting the Leads dashboard and redirect function for users that have been migrated to our new submission system. Our engineers have deployed several fixes and our systems should now be stable. Additional safety measures have been taken in order to prevent future incidents. We will keep monitoring the platform to make sure everything is running smoothly. We appreciate your patience on this matter.

Description: On the 4th of May the leads dashboard, submissions, and page re-direct systems experienced intermittent outages. All 3rd party integrations and lead notifications functioned normally, with the exception of Webhooks and Zapier. A fix has been applied and all systems are currently operational. We will keep closely monitoring the incident and update this status if anything changes. We thank you for your patience and understanding.

Description: The third party email notification system used by Instapage has had delays over a period of a few hours on the morning of April 26th. This issue has been resolved and all email notifications that were in queue were delivered successfully. We apologize for the inconvenience and we are taking actions to prevent this from happening in the future.

Description: Today our encryption system was disconnected from the network, issue which caused the dashboard leads to not be accessible for some users that were already migrated to the new submission system. Unfortunately, the leads that were collected between 10:47AM and 13:00AM (CET) might be missing and can't be recovered. If the forms were connected to a 3rd party CRM, the leads still went through. A relatively low number of users were affected by this incident. The system is now working smoothly and we are going to keep monitoring all operations. We apologize for the inconvenience caused and highly appreciate your understanding!
