    Update: Heroes with existing "Nameserver" domain connections are once again able to view their DNS records. If you are impacted by this incident have been unable to connect a custom domain, we recommend going through the connection process once more. If either of these issues persist, please contact support and we will work you to resolve them.

    Update: We resolved an issue where we were seeing errors during certain Stripe checkouts. Please contact our support team to report any issues using Stripe checkout. This incident has been resolved.

    Update: Error message "An error occurred while retrieving your data" showing on the Community Admin Dashboard was experienced at 5:26 AM PST and was resolved at 6:45 AM PST. Kajabi Communities should be working as normal. Our engineers took action to remediate the issue and are putting further preventative measures in place now. Root cause analysis is ongoing.
