    Update: Twitter Engineering team has informed us that they have identified the root cause and are working on deploying a fix. Twitter has opened an incident on their API Status page as well https://api.twitterstat.us/incidents/x4l7fqr313rz

    Update: We have identified an issue with Twitter's API that is impairing the ListenFirst Listening tool. Queries with "Only Verified Handles" filter checked are failing to return counts for time ranges after 6/1/2023. This has been escalated to Twitter development support teams and we are awaiting their response. To workaround this issue, avoid the use of the "Only Verified Handles" (+is:verified) filter in you're queries.

    Update: Backfill has completed for the missing tweets.

    Update: We continue to backfill 5/30 and 5/31. Authorized Twitter profiles have been backfilled. Others are still catching up. 5/30 is 70% caught up and 5/31 is 50% caught up overall. 6/1 is complete. We will continue to backfill throughout the day and will provide updates as the day goes on.
