Description: We are confident that the issue has been fully resolved, and that the cloud provider has fully restored service. The ListenFirst platform is fully operational. In addition, our data ingestion and analytics pipeline were not impacted by the outage. There will be no lasting effects, gaps in data, or other issues caused by todays outage.

Description: ## Summary At 7:45am ET on Thursday \(6/8\), Facebook/Instagram \(FB/IG\) made an accidental configuration change that suspended access to their data and API. Our partner contacts at FB/IG confirmed that this was a mistake. However, it remained unresolved for close to 35 hours. At 4:20 pm ET on Friday \(6/9\), access was restored. Friday’s data \(6/9\) was successfully collected and all data available to fill the gap caused by the outage \(6/8 - 6/9\) was successfully backfilled. All data is now available within ListenFirst. ## Data Availability FB/IG allowed for all in-feed posts and the majority \(90%\) of profile-level metrics to be successfully backfilled. When analyzing content, users will see that the full history has been restored within ListenFirst. The ~10% of metrics that historical data was not provided for will have a permanent gap on 6/8. The following metrics were impacted: * Total Fans: the last recorded value prior to the outage for 6/8 will be repeated until 6/9, when the outage was resolved. * New Fans & Fan Growth Rate: a dash \(-\) will display for 6/8 when data was unavailable. All new fans gained during the outage window are currently recorded as 6/9 growth. * Instagram Stories: Stories published on 6/8 are not recoverable, as analytics must be captured in real-time while the story is live. When access was restored at 4:20pm on Friday, all live stories were captured, successfully backfilling 6/8 activity. 6/8 story metrics will display a dash \(-\). If your brand did not have an active story on 6/8, data is complete. * Instagram Conversation: Instagram media tags, page mentions and Hashtag mentions on 6/8 are not recoverable, as analytics must be captured in real-time. 6/8 conversation metrics will display a low value, near or equal to 0.
