Description: Twitter service has been restored. The Listening feature is fully operational and data collection has fully resumed.

Update: Twitter API started returning errors on all calls at 12:00PM ET on 3/6. This directly impacts our Listening functionality. We are unable to retrieve mentions or tweets from the API until it is restored. Data collection is impacted as well. We have been in contact with Twitter regarding this interruption and hope the service is restored promptly, to avoid any noticeable impact to data collection.

Update: We are working with Twitter to investigate why new search strings on our Listening Analysis for full day(s) between Jan 8 2021 and Jan 16 2023 are returning 0s. This is data that is accessed real-time and direct from Twitter, which is then returned directly to the screen. There will be no data loss; once Twitter resolves the issue, the same search strings can be rerun and non 0s will be returned.
