    Update: We ran into an issue in our nightly data analytics pipeline. Data for July 20 will not be available in the platform until ~10:30 ET this morning. We are behind schedule but no data loss is expected.

    Update: The majority of the data (including all owned analysis) for July 18 is now fully available in the platform. We are still processing some earned facebook and instagram conversation content (namely - comments and mentions) and expect to be fully caught up on those fronts by 9:00 PM ET.

    Update: The incident has been resolved but we will continue to monitor and make additional configuration changes that will improve response time further.

    Update: We have identified and resolved one configuration issue that was leading to uneven load distribution across the application servers. This should result in improved performance stability. We are continuing to monitor and will make additional infrastructure changes as necessary to address any remaining performance issues.

    Update: We are currently investigating slower than normal response times impacting some of our users. We have observed this across a number of sessions but have yet to identify a root cause. Our engineers are investigating.
