    Update: Hello, LiveWorld platform is currently down due to an expired certificate. Our engineers are working on it and will update you as soon as it is resolved.     Update: We have been monitoring for a few hours now and issue continues to be resolved. Closing out incident.

    Update: Dear LiveWord Customer, We have reverted the configuration Twitter changed without notice, and with that restored our ability to retrieve and reply to tweets from the LiveWorld platform. The platform will pull in all the tweets that were not pulled during the outage. We believe the current issue is resolved but will continue monitoring Twitter feeds and update if there are further issues. Thank you, LiveWorld Software

    Update: Dear LiveWorld Customer, Due to unannounced API changes at Twitter, LiveWorld—like many other businesses that work with the Twitter platform—is experiencing issues that prevent us from collecting or responding to Tweets. We are actively investigating this ongoing issue. We recommend that you use the Twitter front end in the meanwhile. We will update you as soon as it is resolved. Thank you, LiveWorld team

    Update: Twitter has updated that the issue is resolved.
  • Time: July 14, 2022, 5:44 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: Twitter started experiencing a global outage around 8am ET / 5am PT on July 14 2022. This affects Twitter front end as well as APIs. We will close this incident once Twitter API updates that the issue is resolved. Non-Twitter social media channels are not impacted by this. LiveWorld Software continues to send and receive content as usual from non-Twitter platforms.

    Update: Facebook team has updated that the issue is resolved.
  • Time: Oct. 4, 2021, 5:50 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: Facebook services including Facebook, Messenger, Instagram and WhatsApp are experiencing a global outage. The outages started around 11:40 am ET/8:40 am PT on October 4 2021. We will provide an update when Facebook reports the issue as resolved. Non-Facebook social media channels are not impacted by this. LiveWorld Software continues to send and receive content from non Facebook platforms.

  • Time: Oct. 16, 2020, 5:45 p.m.
    Status: Resolved
    Update: Overnight, Twitter reported this issue as resolved. The LiveWorld platform is no longer affected.
  • Time: Oct. 16, 2020, 1:19 a.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: Twitter reports "things appear to have returned to normal," and they are continuing to monitor the situation. LiveWorld will follow their progress and send an update when they announce that it is resolved.
  • Time: Oct. 15, 2020, 10:46 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: Twitter is investigating irregularities in the APIs that the LiveWorld platform uses to retrieve and post content. Twitter is currently investigating the issue. We will provide an update when Twitter reports the issue as resolved.
