    Update: We are pleased to inform you that the solution we implemented for the recent issue has been successful. We are resuming normal operations for the JTC subscription, and all emails generated from the JTC subscriptions are now being processed as expected. Additionally, we have begun reprocessing the data for candidates who joined your talent community during the incident period, which is expected to be completed over the weekend. Rest assured that no data was compromised during this time, and we will continue to monitor our systems closely. We appreciate your patience and understanding throughout this process. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out the Global Customer Care team.

    Update: A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.

    Update: We have identified the cause of this incident as a random bot attack on the JTC subscription for some Phenom customers. Our investigation has shown that the impact is that invalid emails with invalid email templates which used the JTC subscription as a sending mechanism. At this time we have implemented a solution, which we will monitor for the next couple of hours. Our investigation has shown that no data was compromised, candidates who have joined our customer’s talent community during this time will need to be reprocessed into the platform and a confirmation email will be sent. As a precautionary measure, we are continuing the temporary pause for all emails generated from the JTC subscriptions until a long term solution is in place. We will provide a more detailed update on next steps tomorrow, Friday EST. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to ensure the integrity of our services.
