Description: Last evening one of our vendor partners conducted a planned maintenance update to their systems, which resulted in us not being able to connect to their network for a few hours on Sunday morning. Your customers likely received an error when attempting to make a payment on their accounts during that time. The vendor has since addressed and resolved the issue. We are working with the vendor on a retrospective to prevent future issues from occurring post maintenance windows. We will update you with our findings when this investigation is complete.
