    Update: Shopify has implemented a fix stating storefronts are working normally again. If you experience any further issues, please contact Shogun support.
  • Time: Nov. 13, 2023, 9:01 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: Shopify is reporting a storefront outage. This may affect your store's availability on Shogun. They have identified the issue and are working on a solution. Please see the Shopify status page incident here: https://www.shopifystatus.com/incidents. If you require any further assistance while we wait for updates please feel free to reach out to Shogun support. We will update our status page as the third-party outage resolves.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: The Technical team have pushed a fix to resolve this issue. If you experience difficulty publishing pages please contact Shogun Support.
  • Time: Oct. 12, 2023, 9:25 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: We have been receiving reports that some customers are having difficulty publishing pages. Live pages are unaffected - this error only prevents publishing new changes. The technical team are investigating the root cause and investigating solutions.

    Update: This incident has been resolved.
  • Time: Aug. 25, 2023, midnight
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: We are continuing to monitor for any further issues.

    Status: Monitoring
    Update: A fix has been implemented as we are not observing any newly reported issues. Users should now be able to use the Shogun Page Builder without issue. If you experience any of the described issues, please contact Shogun Support.
  • Time: Aug. 24, 2023, 8:52 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: We have received reports that this is an overall performance degradation, and users may experience slow responses or timeouts when trying to save or publish pages, as well as load them. General intermittent errors are likely. The team are investigating the cause and we will update this incident as we learn more. Live pages are unaffected - this only affects the Page Builder editor.
  • Time: Aug. 24, 2023, 8:20 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: We are investigating reports that the Pages list in the Shogun Frontend editor's Dashboard view is not loading for some users, instead being stuck on the blurred-out page list. The team are investigating causes and we will continue to update as we know more. Live pages are unaffected - this only affects the UI in the Page Builder editor.

  • Time: Aug. 24, 2023, 6:27 p.m.
    Status: Resolved
    Update: The Technical team have deployed a fix and all affected users should now be able to access pages. If you encounter a loading screen that does not resolve after several minutes, please contact Shogun Support.
  • Time: Aug. 24, 2023, 5:29 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: BigCommerce users may find themselves unable to load pages in Shogun Page Builder - upon attempting to open a page in the editor, users may find themselves stuck on a loading screen that never resolves. The Technical team are investigating causes and we are working to get it back to normal ASAP. Live pages are unaffected - this only affects editor functionality.

  • Time: Aug. 17, 2023, 9:04 p.m.
    Status: Resolved
    Update: The team have been monitoring Shogun Frontend builds and no recent failed builds have been observed. If you experience a failed build please contact Shogun Support and we'll be happy to investigate. Shogun Page Builder is unaffected by this update.
  • Time: Aug. 17, 2023, 5:39 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: Maintenance has completed - Shogun Frontend is back up and users can build sites. We are continuing to monitor for failed builds - please contact Support if you experience failed builds or cannot access Shogun Frontend. Shogun Page Builder is unaffected by this maintenance.
  • Time: Aug. 17, 2023, 5:09 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: We are performing maintenance on our database to address issues with creating new builds. Shogun Frontend may be unavailable for the next 30 minutes. Live sites are unaffected, and we will update this incident once maintenance is complete. Shogun Page Builder is unaffected by this maintenance.
  • Time: Aug. 17, 2023, 3:53 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: Shogun Frontend Builds are no longer failing. We will continue to monitor the situation, but if you experience any failed builds please contact Shogun Support. Shogun Page Builder is not affected by this incident.
  • Time: Aug. 17, 2023, 3:24 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: Builds on Shogun Frontend are taking longer than expected to complete, and in some cases may fail to build. We are investigating the root cause. If you experience a failed build, please notify Shogun Support. Shogun Page Builder is unaffected by this outage.
