    Update: We have continued to monitor the behavior of our services and are confident that there is no further disruption. This issue is resolved.

    Update: We have introduced a resolution for the errors being experienced. We are currently seeing API traffic flowing normally as of 6.35 PM PT. We will continue to closely monitor for any further disruption.

    Update: We experienced degraded ACH iframe performance between 4pm PST yesterday till 9:36am PST today. During this time, payers were not able to create a new ACH payment bank account. We also identified an intermittent issue with Credit Card iframe since 04/05/2022 till 9:36am PST today. During this time, payment attempts with Credit Card iframe tokenization may have encountered an error. As of 9:36am PST, the issue is resolved. Any payer that is still encountering an issue with the ACH or Credit Card iframes should clear *.wepay.com cache from their browser to resolve the problem.

    Update: We are currently experiencing issues with our ACH and Credit Card iframes. During this time, payments with our ACH and Credit Card iframes may be impacted. We are in the process of investigating the occurrence and will provide additional details shortly.

    Update: Between 08:40 AM - 11:57AM PT we experienced a disruption to our Stage server functionality. During this time V2, V3 APIs with in our stage environment may have intermittent failures and users may have suffered login attempt failures to Partner Center, Merchant Center. We have introduced a resolution for the errors being experienced. We are currently seeing API traffic flowing normally. We will continue to closely monitor for any further disruption.

    Update: We have implemented a fix for the impacted settlements and have sent the withdrawals for funding. The issue is now resolved. We experienced a one-day delay processing specific withdrawals for Chase bank accounts eligible for Same-Day Deposits. Consequently, certain withdrawals experienced a one-day delay posting to merchant Chase bank accounts.

    Update: We are currently investigating a delay with Same-Day Deposits to Chase bank accounts. During this period, impacted withdrawals may take longer than expected to deposit to merchant bank accounts.
