    Status: Resolved
    Update: We experienced a partial disruption to payment captures in our V3 Point of Sale environment between 7:14 am and 7:26 am Pacific. During this period, some capture attempts failed, failed attempts should be retried by the platform. We have continued to monitor the behavior of our services and are confident that there is no further disruption. This issue is resolved.

    Update: We've identified an issue with our V3 Point of Sale environment and are working to resolve the issue. During this period platforms may experience capture failures with Point of Sale payments.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: We are currently experiencing a delay with Same-Day Deposits to Chase bank accounts. We expect the pending settlements to complete today, however may require an additional day. For standard withdrawals, most settlements will complete within the standard settlement timeframe. For the remainder, settlement should be completed within 1-2 additional days. We are working on the issue and expect settlement times to return to normal by tomorrow.

    Update: As of 8:22 PM PST traffic has normalized to V3 POST /payments. We are continuing to monitor our production environment at this time.

    Update: We have confirmed that API traffic is operating normally and the elevated error rate was resolved at 3:30PM PST. Additionally, we have implemented a change to resolve issues with accessing the Merchant and Partner Center at 4:01PM PST. Customers should be able to access both successfully at this time. We will continue to closely monitor for any further disruption.

    Update: We have implemented a change to resolve the spike in V3 API errors. We have confirmed that API traffic is normalizing. Customers may still experience difficulty in accessing the Merchant and Partner Center. We are actively investigating and will update shortly.
