Time: Sept. 22, 2022, 3:19 p.m.Status: MonitoringUpdate: Since roughly 8 PM PST on 09/21, we are observing Meta Attribution API is slow in responding to the attribution claims. As a result, we’re seeing lower attribution for Meta campaigns. Our teams are continuously monitoring the Meta API response and have reached out to Meta for a resolution.

Description: The Facebook API has now fully recovered. Our attribution backlog is now fully caught up and processing has returned to normal. We will continue to work with Meta to identify the root cause.

Time: July 6, 2022, 6 p.m.Status: IdentifiedUpdate: The Facebook APIs are now slowly recovering and Meta has confirmed that they are investigating the issue on their side. Currently, there is a data loss for Facebook campaigns and while there will be no attribution loss for other ad partners, there are still delays on the attribution pipeline. We'll update once we know more from the Meta team and once analytics are back in real-time.

Time: July 6, 2022, 12:39 p.m.Status: InvestigatingUpdate: Since 9.20 PM PST, we are facing issues with Facebook Attribution API, This is leading to attribution loss on Facebook campaigns and delays in cost data reports, our overall attribution pipeline and data are also facing delays. Our teams are actively investigating this issue. we have added a fix to alleviate the delay in the rest of the attribution data.
SSL Certificate Expiration Errors
Description: Starting around 3 AM PST a malformed SSL cert caused our system to be unable to pull certs for custom domains intermittently, while no certs were actually expired this resulted in SSL Certificate Expired Errors for customers using a custom domain and subdomain. As of 9:26 AM all SSL certificates were recovered on 100% of traffic,

Link Redirection Issue
Description: At 10:30 PST, a configuration change caused Branch link redirection to start failing. During this time our links backup would have taken effect and users would have been redirected to the app's default fallback domain if configured. If link fallback domain was not configured, users would have seen an error page. As of 10:52 am, Links have been restored to full health.
