    Update: The Twitter team has implemented a fix, and we are seeing posts are successfully publishing to Twitter as normal. We're so sorry for any disruption this caused to your posting. If you have any failed tweets due to this outage, please retry them in your Buffer account.

    Update: Twitter is currently experiencing downtime which is impacting both native publishing and publishing through Buffer. We are monitoring the situation and will share updates here.

    Update: Backfills have been completed and all previously missed data for Facebook and Instagram should now be appearing within the Analytics. We really appreciate your patience as we've worked on getting this all sorted. And we're really sorry for the hassle this caused in the meantime.

Our services might need a bit of time to backfill previously missed data for Instagram and Facebook, but we're working on catching up.     Status: Resolved
    Update: We're happy to report that the underlying issue that was causing some posts to appear as "Paused" has been resolved. A fix was implemented to prevent this from happening moving forward. Unfortunately, those posts already impacted by the issue will not automatically be adjusted back to their intended time. They will need to be manually removed or dragged within the queue to the desired time. We're very sorry for the needed action here and for the added work.

    Update: Thanks for bearing with us as we continued to investigate the different issues. We're happy to report that both instances involving the "Unknown" error have been resolved! We're continuing to investigate the other issue involving "Paused" posts and will update once we have some information to share.
