Description: The Inspect and Analyze modules of the Clari Revenue Platform were briefly unavailable during the latest release on Oct 18, 2023. The incident started at 2023-10-18 17:17 PM PT and all the affected services were returned to expected operation by 2023-10-18 18:12 PM PT. The incident occurred due to an error in our weekly code deployment process which caused certain services to be unavailable. Once the deployment was completed, the affected services were restored to normal operation. No customer data was at risk during this incident. We are revising our deployment processes that will fix this error in future.

Description: On October 11, 2023 at 10:00 UTC the Analyze and Opportunities modules started to degrade. The issue happened due to a migration in our Analytics service which did not propagate fully resulting in the performance degradation on those services. We restored normal functionality by stopping the migration and rolling it back on October 11, 2023 at 17:00 UTC. No customer data was at risk during this incident.
