We were able to roll back the update by 2023-11-09 18:30 UTC and confirm that the issue was resolved for all customers.

    Update: On the evening \(Pacific time\) of November 8, Clari upgraded an open-source tool that is responsible for orchestrating Clari’s data extraction and enrichment pipeline for RevDB. Some time after the upgrade, the performance of the pipeline became significantly degraded, which was detected by automatic monitoring. Investigation and analysis led us to make a number of adjustments, including adding additional servers and tuning a number of parameters, throughout the day on November 9. During this period, some customers experienced data lags of up to 3 hours. The incident was mitigated near the end of the day on November 9 and monitored closely the following day. We saw no further issues on November 10 and resolved the incident at the end of the day.

The impacted customers were a subset of those who had just been upgraded to RevDB-powered versions of those features.
