    Update: Starting around 2024-02-20 18:11 UTC,  some users with SSO authentication were unable to login to Clari Revenue Platform. All the affected services were returned to expected operation by 2024-02-20 22:30 UTC. The incident occurred when one of the services was being upgraded, which resulted in an incorrect configuration. Once the configuration was fixed, the affected services were restored to normal operation. No customer data was at risk during this incident.

    Status: Postmortem
    Update: On 2024-02-07 at 01:15 UTC a scheduled software release impacted the Clari Revenue Platform for Clari customers with Copilot integration enabled. We mitigated impact by rolling back the release by 08:56 UTC. After the rollback, we observed that Clari Copilot information, such as meeting recordings and smart summaries, was not visible to impacted customers. This information was restored by applying a fix to the impacted customers which was completed by 14:58 UTC. No customer data was at risk during the incident.

    Update: On January 31 at 07:00 UTC we received reports of the Note field in Dialer preventing users from inputting or modifying text. This was caused by a misconfiguration in our system. Once we identified the problem we were able to implement a fix and released a Dialer update at around 17:00 UTC. Upon the Dialer update release, we prompted all Dialer clients to perform an update.  No data was impacted during this incident.

    Update: On January 29, 2024, around 15:00 UTC, we detected increased loading times for Copilot due to an unexpected surge in system load, triggered by a recently introduced change. We disabled this change on January 30, 2024, at 07:00 UTC, which promptly restored load time to expected behaviour. Updates to real-time calendar event updates, slack notifications, Call Review insights, and CRM data synchronization recovered to normal operation by 10:00 UTC. No customer data was at risk during this incident.

    Update: On 2024-01-10 around 03:00 UTC, we began observing issues in Studio’s Field Config where adding or removing fields was causing errors in the user interface and not taking effect for data loading. This was due to a back-end problem that affected the processing of change events. Once we identified the problem, it was resolved for any new Field Config changes by 2024-01-11 at 01:39 UTC.  Remediation for all impacted customers was completed later in the day on 2024-01-11. No customer data or configurations were at risk during this incident, the impact was limited to a delay in configuration changes taking effect.
