Description: Starting at 2024-03-22 19:32 UTC, some Groove customers were erroneously deactivated and were unable to use the web application, the extension or dialer. The issue was introduced during the scheduled maintenance window \(2024-03-22 19:00 UTC\) and was remediated on 2024-03-26 16:43 UTC. No user data was at risk. A workaround was provided to customers who were impacted before the patch was deployed.

Description: Starting at 2024-03-25 18:30 UTC, customers saw an outdated user interface of the Groove web application. This issue was remediated by 19:32 UTC the same day. No user data was at risk, and no product functionally was impacted. Our internal build tools have since been enhanced to prevent this from happening in the future.

Description: Starting around 2024-03-21 16:52 UTC, RevDB data was lagging for some customers. Data freshness was restored by 2024-03-21 18:48 UTC. The incident occurred due to a spike in the pipeline processing times for RevDB. Once the capacity was adjusted, the affected services were restored to normal operation. No customer data was at risk during this incident.

Impact: Minor | Started At: March 21, 2024, 5:10 p.m.
Description: Starting on 2024-03-12 at 10:55 UTC, data sources on the Integrations page in Clari Studio were not visible to users due to an error in parsing data from our third party provider. The impact was limited to customers who attempted to \(re\)configure data sources to ingest non-CRM data into Clari. The functionality was restored by applying a fix on 2024-03-13 10:00 UTC. No customer data or configurations were at risk during this incident.

Description: Starting on 2024-02-24 12:52 UTC, some Groove users were unable to use some of the Flow related capabilities in our platform. The incident occurred when our database was upgraded during our maintenance window, which resulted in increased latency causing timeout errors. Once the patch was applied on 2024-02-27 7:59 UTC, the affected services were restored to normal operation.
