    Update: At approximately 1:47 PM EST, our team identified a brief 10 minute period where we experienced instability across the app. During that time, you may have not been able to access the app or you may have observed slowness. Email delivery was not impacted. The issue has since been resolved.

    Update: Inbound email deliveries are catching back up. You should see things returning to normal. Apologies for the trouble!

    Update: We're investigating a problem with inbound email delivery. Your Help Scout mailbox might be slow to update with new messages and replies until we're in the clear. We'll post more information here as we have it.
