Description: From Friday evening, March 10th and during the weekend of March 11th and 12th, an instance of our service managing the presence of users connected to the console or from our mobile applications was unhealthy. Users who logged in on this instance on Friday appeared as logged in all weekend in the presence report. These same users were also likely to receive conversations (depending on their availability status on the channel) even if the assignment could not go through. The affected conversations could be distributed when another user became available or until the problem was resolved on Monday morning (CET). Actions are underway to improve the monitoring and resolution time for this type of problem in the future. However, we do not have the possibility to correct the presence statistics. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Description: Between 8am and 10:20am CET, we noticed an increase in the error rate on the conversation routing service. A small percentage of conversations were affected resulting in the visitor not being able to initiate the conversation. Slowness on message exchanges could also be observed. Our teams were able to correct the problem.
