    Update: Good morning. We are currently working on a fix for an issue with content not appearing in the Liveworld Platform. This is a front end search issue and we are working to resolve this as quickly as possible.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: The patch has been successfully deployed. All systems performing normally.
  • Time: March 5, 2017, 7:57 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: We have an emergency patch we'll be deploying Sunday March 5 at 12 PM PST . We currently don't expect any downtime or interruption of service. This is to clean up a few minor issues we found after the large feature release late last week. Let us know if you have any questions, thank you.

    Update: Facebook has pushed a fix for this incident and we've verified content is normal. Thank you for your patience with this issue.

    Update: LiveWorld Customers, We are seeing Facebook message content coming in again as expected and we are monitoring. Replies can also now be sent. There was a major AWS interruption today which may have contributed to this issue.     Status: Identified
    Update: We have identified the issue affecting some of our customers' Facebook Messages accounts. This is due to an identified bug reported to Facebook. During this time we will be unable to retrieve direct messages and we recommend using the front end of Facebook's platform to manage message communication. We will keep monitoring the situation and will update you once Facebook has resolved this problem.
  • Time: Feb. 28, 2017, 6:53 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: LiveWorld Customers, Facebook is experiencing an issue and we are not receiving any Facebook private message content at this time. This goes for the Messages module as well as Facebook private messages in Engage and Cases. We are not receiving errors but rather content just isn't coming in from Facebook as expected. We are looking for a workaround or an update from Facebook and will update everyone as soon as we know more.
