    Update: Although Facebook continues to report "degraded performance" on their platform, the LiveWorld platform has caught up and is performing as well as can be expected while Facebook and Instagram are not at 100% functionality. We will continue to monitor Facebook's status and follow up if the situation degrades further.

    Update: Dear Customers, Good news: Facebook has come back from the abyss. Content is coming in and the LiveWorld platform has caught up to it. Not so good news: Facebook is still reporting degraded performance levels on their APIs... So, we will keep monitoring in the background for now . . . The LiveWorld Engineering Team

    Status: Monitoring
    Update: Facebook is experiencing widespread and widely-reported outages of both the main Facebook platform and, for many users, Instagram. Consequently, the LiveWorld platform will be unable to retrieve or post content to those platforms. We are monitoring the situation and will report when Facebook returns to full service.

    Update: Dear Customers, It has been smooth sailing ⛵️ for several hours now since we applied a fix to retrieve Facebook Messenger conversations. We are resolving this incident now. Enjoy the weekend! The LiveWorld Team

    Status: Monitoring
    Update: Dear Customers, Hooray! Facebook Messenger conversations are up again. LiveWorld engineers deployed a workaround to circumvent the current Facebook bug affecting Facebook Messenger conversations. As a result you should no enjoy those conversation in the Cases module again. Note: We are still awaiting an official fix from Facebook and are monitoring the situation. Enjoy the weekend!     Update: Dear Customers, For the last 12 hours, Facebook Messenger conversations have not been coming in the LiveWorld platform due to a reported Facebook bug. This bug may affect you and your ability to receive and respond to Messenger conversations in the Cases module. There is no ETA yet from Facebook as to when a remedy is going to be deployed. We are monitoring the situation. Exception: 1-This does not affect the Messages module in which you can continue to engage with your audience over Facebook Messenger. The LiveWorld Team

    Update: The LiveWorld platform is experiencing intermittent slowdowns. You may or may not experience sluggishness or temporary inability to load a new page. LiveWorld software is aware of the issue and investigating solutions.

  • Time: Sept. 1, 2017, 11:46 p.m.
    Status: Resolved
    Update: The software team released a fix at approximately 4:30pm PST that resolves the export issue. All exports are now available, in the Engage and Cases modules. Thank you for your patience.
  • Time: Sept. 1, 2017, 9:14 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: We continue to investigate the export issue. As a temporary measure to avoid exacerbating the problem, we have disabled the Export function in the Cases module.
  • Time: Sept. 1, 2017, 5:50 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: We have received several reports that exports, both in the Engage and Cases modules, are not working. We are investigating the issue and looking for a solution. In the meanwhile, please do not attempt to perform exports, because they will fail and have to be manually cancelled by a developer. Thank you for your patience.
