Description: Automated emails which should have been generated for call confirmations/amendements/cancellations or registrations were not being sent as per platform design/workflow. In the interim a manual workaround was utilised until issue was resolved: manual emails sent for each event. Issue resolved 07/04/2021 - 12:20 PM
