Updates:

  • Time: July 19, 2024, 4:55 a.m.
    Status: Resolved
    Update: Microsoft has resolved the Azure outage and the Molo application is now fully operational. We will be working with our partners at Microsoft to understand the underlying cause of their widespread outage and what steps can be taken to prevent this issue in the future. Any user-created scheduled reports will need to be manually re-run but Molo has already initiated the regularly scheduled daily payouts functionality for all applicable customers. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

    Status: Monitoring
    Update: At this time we are still seeing issues caused by Microsoft's Azure outage. You may have issues logging into or using Molo while Microsoft continues to work to recover from their outage. We will continue to monitor and update you as soon as this improves.
  • Time: July 19, 2024, 3:26 a.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: Molo is now back online for all users, but you may notice some slowness while Azure finishes recovering from their outage. We are continuing to monitor and will update once we have received final confirmation from Azure that the outage has been fully resolved. Any user-created scheduled reports will need to be manually re-run but Molo has already initiated the regularly scheduled daily auto-charge functionality for all applicable customers.

    Update: Molo is starting to come back online and will gradually become accessible to all users. We are continuing to monitor and will update once we have received final confirmation from Azure that the outage has been fully resolved.

    Update: From Microsoft: We’ve determined the underlying cause and are currently applying mitigation. We will start to see incremental recovery in next 90 minutes

    Status: Identified
    Update: Starting at approximately 5:30pm CT, Azure started experiencing a major outage in the Central US region, which is our primary data center for Molo. Additionally, it would appear that Azure itself is experiencing an outage preventing us from executing our standard disaster recovery steps. Molo production is down at this time and we will provide regular updates as we work to recover from this outage.

    Update: The issue affecting delivery of text messages to the AT&T network in the US has been resolved.

    Update: An issue with AT&T is causing delays or messages that never arrive to mobile phones on the AT&T network in the US. If you utilize Molo texting, please be aware of this issue. As the issue is with a 3rd party mobile phone carrier, we cannot provide exact details on when this will be resolved. Our apologies for any temporary inconvenience. We will keep this incident updated with information as it becomes available. You can follow updates at https://status.getmolo.com.
