    Update: We're still working hard on updates to the Onehub Sync clients that will fix this issue. We hope to have these released some time tomorrow and will provide an update when they are available.

    Update: We have identified an issue that is preventing the Onehub Sync client from connecting and syncing. This affects both the Mac and Windows versions of Sync. We are currently working to remedy the issue as soon as possible.

    Update: A database scaling issue resulted in temporary service-wide downtime as we implemented a permanent fix and installed additional systems to ensure the error will not reoccur.
