    Status: Resolved
    Update: We believe this issue to be completely resolved. Should any further latency be seen please contact the Pendo Technical Success team.
  • Time: Oct. 29, 2021, 2:49 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: We have seen page loading return to normal times and Feedback is behaving as normal. We are continuing to monitor and will update this page once we believe the problem to be fully resolved.
  • Time: Oct. 29, 2021, 2:23 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: We are noticing latency across the Feedback platform. Pages are taking longer than expected to load. Pendo Engineering is reviewing the issue and we will provide updates as soon as they are available.

  • Time: Oct. 8, 2021, 2:18 p.m.
    Status: Resolved
    Update: At this point we believe the issue to be completely resolved. Please contact Pendo Technical Success if any further unexpected issues should occur.
  • Time: Oct. 8, 2021, 11:22 a.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: We have made an adjustment that we believe has restored normal functionality to the Designer in EU Pendo subscriptions. We are continuing to monitor, but believe Guide and Designer functionality are now working properly. We will update this page once we have confirmed full resolution.
  • Time: Oct. 8, 2021, 11:14 a.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: At this point we believe this issue applies specifically to subscriptions within our EU instance of Pendo. US instances should be able to load the Designer and create guides normally. We continue to research the issue and will provide further information as soon as it's available.

    Status: Investigating
    Update: We have been made aware of some customers experiencing errors loading the Designer when creating Guides in the Pendo UI. Our team is aware and currently working to resolve. We will provide updates here as soon as they become available.

    Update: Issue has been resolved.
  • Time: Sept. 29, 2021, 12:38 a.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: We have identified a circumstance in which authorization fails and redirects to the login page preventing users from logging in. We are currently investigating to determine the source of the behavior.

  • Time: Sept. 14, 2021, 6:50 p.m.
    Status: Resolved
    Update: We have implemented the appropriate changes that have resolved the prior issues with Paths and Funnels. Paths and Funnels should work appropriately now for all customers. If any further issues are seen, please contact Pendo Technical Success.
  • Time: Sept. 14, 2021, 6:27 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: We have received reports that some customers may be experiencing issues with Paths and Funnels functionality. Issues creating new Paths and Funnels or loading previously created instances. Our engineering team is aware and working to resolve. We will provide updates as soon as they are available.

    Update: At this point, we believe all issues with guide delivery have been resolved. If further issues are seen, please contact Pendo Technical Success.

    Update: We've identified the source of the issue, and are working to apply those corrections.
  • Time: Sept. 7, 2021, 6:31 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: An unexpected performance spike was identified by our engineering team that degraded guide delivery for up to 3% of total requests. We are investigating now.
