    Update: We have identified the issue and the fix is being implemented.

    Update: We are currently investigating an issue with our filtering system being slower than usual. This may temporarily result in slower realistic test sends and delayed cortex sends. We hope to resolve this within an hour, and will post updates as they come.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: We've identified the cause of the slowdowns and our engineering team is addressing the issue. Performance across all components is back to normal, and we will continue to monitor carefully.

    Status: Investigating
    Update: We are currently investigating an issue causing the management portal to have slower than normal response times. This affects the Cortex dashboard as well as analytics pages, which may suffer from degraded performance and load slowly. In most cases the portal is still operational, but you may encounter timeouts out on some requests. We apologize for this and are urgently investigating the issue.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: As of 6:20PM (PST) we have resolved the incident and are no longer encountering this issue with redirect tracking. Our engineering team will continuing to monitor this system.

    Update: We are continuing to investigate this issue.
  • Time: July 10, 2018, 1:24 a.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: We are currently investigating a small percentage of errors with link redirect tracking. Sends that were delivered between 6:05PM (PST) and 6:20PM (PST) may contain re-direct links that do not track correctly in certain browsers. Our team is investigating the cause for this issue.
