    Update: Incident is resolved. No new latency issues have been detected.
  • Time: Oct. 3, 2022, 8:25 p.m.

    Update: Issue appears to be resolved but we are still monitoring to ensure the latency does not recur.

    Update: Issue is related to AWS latency. Some sites may re-connect but slowness and connection failures may continue until the problem is fully resolved.

    Update: We are currently working to resolve a load issue that is putting stress on the web servers and causing login failures and/or 502/504 errors.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: All systems appear to be operational again. However, we are unable to provide a reason for he outage at this time. We are working with Amazon in an attempt to understand why we were unable to access either our primary or backup DB servers for two hours. We will provide an additional update once we fully understand the cause of the problem.

    Status: Investigating
    Update: We are currently investigating an issue with the Ryver Database cluster. If you are able to close your Ryver client while we investigate, we will post an update here when everything is back to normal.

  • Time: Feb. 28, 2022, 6:38 p.m.
    Status: Resolved
    Update: One of our web servers was in a bad state for approximately 15 minutes today at 10AM PST. Once it was swapped out, the errors stopped. Any Ryver client attempting to make a request through that server during that period was getting back the Internal Server Error message. If you are still seeing any strange issues in your Ryver client, please refresh your browser page or do a reload in the desktop client.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: This incident has been resolved.
  • Time: Dec. 15, 2021, 4:19 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: We are continuing to monitor the situation and look over our logs.
  • Time: Dec. 15, 2021, 4:18 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: Amazon is showing the network connectivity issues as resolved in one of our region, but still active in another. However, our servers all seem to be ok and accessible right now.
  • Time: Dec. 15, 2021, 4:05 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: We are experiencing some rolling server outages during the current issues with some AWS Cloud Hosting regions. As servers become unavailable and fail over, there may be periods of overload causing some users to not be able to get into Ryver. We are investigating the ongoing situation.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: A partial outage at Dyn DNS (Oracle Cloud) was confirmed that could have impacted customers between 5PM and 6PM MST. Everything seems to be functioning normally now.

    Status: Investigating
    Update: We are investigating a possible issue with our DNS host, which would prevent anything at ryver.com from being accessible.
