    Status: Resolved
    Update: At 12:30 AM we observed a potential issue with Salesforce integration, our Salesforce specific test bot had some issues processing chat messages. After an initial investigation we saw no impact on production bots and the test bot went back to normal after 20 minutes. At 10:30 AM we observed that some of our Salesforce production bots were having some issues. We restarted the affected bots, which brought them back to full functionality. We started an in-depth investigation into possible causes. At 11:30 AM the investigation points to the issue being at the third party side. We will continue the investigation and post updates. At 4:00 PM the investigation was concluded. We identified some cases where the communication was abnormally interrupted. We’ll be implementing an enhancement in the near future to the communication layer of the integration to handle such cases.

    Update: The Zendesk team expressed that they are observing increased stability as well as customers’ confirmation the situation has improved on their end with Chat and Messaging in All Pods. We will provide another update in 60 minutes or once we have more information.

Also, they are turning their attention to backfilling chats/messages that were interrupted during the incident.

    Update: Our 3rd party Zendesk provider experiences an incident at the moment. That impacts Messaging and Chat across all their Pods. They identified that this may include missed chats, login failures and chat ticket routing delays.
