    Status: Resolved
    Update: The SendGrid email delivery service issue has been resolved.
  • Time: May 11, 2024, 4:11 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: The service ValuTrac utilizes for email delivery is experiencing issues. We are investigating the issue and will provide an update once identified.

  • Time: Oct. 12, 2023, 12:25 a.m.
    Status: Resolved
    Update: Issue resolved. All failed submissions on the system from today have been re-processed. For any submissions that are still failing, a manual submission through the portal is required.
  • Time: Oct. 11, 2023, 7:28 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: The UCDP/EAD service is experiencing intermittent processing issues. Currently, most submissions are successfully processing, however we are seeing some requests requeuing which may result in the "No Data found for the request” response message. Our team is actively working on this and should have more information shortly. We will continue to send status updates throughout the day until fully resolved.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: The service issue has been resolved and submissions are processing.
  • Time: Oct. 10, 2023, 8:16 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: The UCDP/EAD service is currently experiencing submission issues. We are working to resolve this issue and we will notify you when the service issue is resolved.

    Update: This incident has been resolved.
  • Time: Sept. 18, 2023, 7:55 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: If you have a ValuTrac - Mercury Network Integration. Per CoreLogic - Mercury Network Starting Sunday at 4am, some of the Mercury routers started to queue the events which is causing a delay in those being processed to the end parties. Currently, a triage is underway to resolve the issue. More details will be announced as they are available. Workaround if needed: Interfaced organizations can check their Mercury account for real time status. https://platformstatus.corelogic.com/

    Status: Resolved
    Update: The UCDP has resolved the issues and all submissions processed.
  • Time: July 31, 2023, 6:59 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: The UCDP is currently experiencing submission issues and submissions may show In Progress. The UCDP is aware of this issue and are working to resolve. We will notify you when we receive an update from the UCDP regarding the services status.
