    Status: Investigating
    Update: We are currently experiencing an issue where some Outlook users are reporting a pop-up when sending emails using Yesware. Affected users are seeing the message 'Yesware is taking longer than expected', and are prompted to either 'Send Anyway' or 'Don't Send'. Upon selecting 'Send anyway', these users' emails are being sent an additional time, while selecting 'Don't send' moves emails into the users' Drafts folders. At this time, for those affected, we recommend selecting 'Don't send' when prompted by this pop-up and deleting the subsequently created draft copy. This will ensure emails are only sent once. Please note, email tracking is not impacted by this behavior and emails sent will collect engagement data as expected. Our development team is actively looking into this and we will provide an update once we have more information.

    Update: The issue on Sales Force's end has been resolved and syncing is working as expected on our end.

    Status: Identified
    Update: Sales Force is currently experiencing an issue due to updates they are doing which is resulting in delayed data syncs on our end which will impact Yesware workflows. We have put additional resources in place to handle the load once the issue has been resolved on their end. We do not expect to see any inconsistencies with data or further issues once this has been resolved on their end.     Status: Resolved
    Update: The issue has now been resolved and all Campaign data is displaying in dashboards and emails are flowing as intended.

    Status: Monitoring
    Update: We implemented a fix and so far we are once again seeing Campaign data populate in the dashboards as intended. We are continuing to monitor this situation and will provide an update once we have more information.

    Update: We are currently experiencing an issue where Campaign engagement metrics are not appearing on users' Campaign dashboards for campaigns launched after Monday, September 23, 2024. Metrics are also not populating as expected on the Touches summary screen. It's important to note that this issue is not impacting users' ability to send emails through new or existing campaigns. Furthermore, any campaigns are continuing to record engagement events such as email opens, link clicks, and attachment views. In the interim, users may view the engagement data collected from their campaigns by navigating to the 'Recipients' tab of the given campaign(s). This can be done so by clicking onto any campaign from the main Campaigns screen and selecting the 'Recipients' tab besides the 'Touches' tab at the top left. We have identified the root cause of the issue and our development team is currently working towards restoring the campaign metrics. We will provide an update once we have more information and a fix has been deployed.

    Status: Monitoring
    Update: On Tuesday, September 24, 2024, a malicious actor exploited Yesware's link-tracking system to create deceptive links used in phishing attacks. As a result, Google blacklisted emails containing Yesware.com links with link tracking, along with Campaigns that included malicious content, citing violations of their social engineering policies. The Yesware development team responded swiftly by blocking the malicious actor, removing the harmful links, and collaborating with Google to restore Yesware.com domain functionality. A small group of users who attempted to send Campaigns during the blacklist period encountered temporary GSuite account deactivations. This appears to users as a Gmail warning stating they have "reached an email limit for sending email." Administrative intervention through the GSuite admin dashboard is required to re-enable these accounts. Following this incident, we have identified an intermittent issue with the Campaigns feature for both Gmail and Outlook users affected. Reporting dashboards are not loading correctly, and there are some reports of stalled campaigns, and emails not being delivered as expected. Our development team is working to resolve these issues. Moving forward, we are committed to implementing stricter link validation measures to minimize the impact of similar incidents and ensure faster resolutions.

    Update: We are continuing to monitor this issue as we seek to resolve areas impacting Outlook users, the delays in Campaigns as well as inconsistency in the reporting data on Campaigns. We have identified the root cause of the issues with Gmail and have provided instructions on how to resolve them and get emails flowing once more. We will provide an update once we have more information as our development team continues to work on resolving this issue.
