    Update: At approximately 9:30pm EDT on 17 July 2017, we identified several areas of instability within the Zift123 platform. Some logged-in users may have encountered error messages and may not have been able to load some pages within the application. We quickly identified the root cause of the instability and deployed a fix this morning, 18 July 2017, at approximately 8:00am EDT. All systems are now operating at optimum performance. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused you! Should you have any questions or concerns, please contact our Help Desk at [email protected].
