Description: As of 7AM EST, AWS has reported that the incident has been resolved and hosting operations have stabilized, We have monitored the situation and are seeing no further issues affecting the Platform. Thank you for your patience in this matter.

Description: Datamart processing has been restored to normal operation. All native platform reporting metrics are current and accurate. We stopped datamart processing for ~24 hrs. to prevent additional data duplication once we recognized it was occurring. We have spent today removing duplicated data to correct reporting. There is a small amount of remaining work to remove duplicate user messages, but this does not hinder platform functionality. There is a small amount of data duplication existing in Advanced Reporting that will be removed on next update at 2am ET. Thank you for your patience while we applied these adjustments.
