    Status: Resolved
    Update: As of 7AM EST, AWS has reported that the incident has been resolved and hosting operations have stabilized, We have monitored the situation and are seeing no further issues affecting the Platform. Thank you for your patience in this matter.
  • Time: Nov. 25, 2020, 10:55 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: Early indications suggest that AWS is recovering. Our platform and services are operational and all appears to be back to normal. We will continue to monitor until the AWS status page clears all concerns. Please independently verify your access and let us know if you are experiencing any errors related to this incident.
  • Time: Nov. 25, 2020, 8:39 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: At 12:52 EST Amazon AWS reported increased error rates which is impacting a large number of their customers. While they work to resolve the issues the Zift platform will be impacted and can cause errors attempting to access and use the platform. For more information you can observe the AWS Status page: https://status.aws.amazon.com/ We will be continuing to monitor the situation, and keep you updated on any change.

  • Time: Nov. 18, 2020, 5:21 p.m.
    Status: Resolved
    Update: Datamart processing has been restored to normal operation. All native platform reporting metrics are current and accurate. We stopped datamart processing for ~24 hrs. to prevent additional data duplication once we recognized it was occurring. We have spent today removing duplicated data to correct reporting. There is a small amount of remaining work to remove duplicate user messages, but this does not hinder platform functionality. There is a small amount of data duplication existing in Advanced Reporting that will be removed on next update at 2am ET. Thank you for your patience while we applied these adjustments.

    Update: We have identified all data anomalies associated with recent Datamart activities. We are processing the affected data and our next update will address that this work is complete. Thank you for your patience!

    Update: Datamart processing has been stopped to correct for recognized data anomalies. No data has been lost and we are looking to restart incoming event streams soon. More notifications to follow when we restart these streams.
