    Update: After extensive testing and monitoring, we can now confirm that the incident has been resolved.

    Update: We have released a fix that resolves the audio issues experienced with the new MacOS 14.0 "Sonoma" update when using the Aircall desktop and webapp. In order to apply this fix, please close the Aircall app and reopen. We are monitoring the results and will provide another update as soon as more information becomes available.

    Update: Our Engineering team continues to work with third party providers to reach a solution. We continue to advise our customers to pause on upgrading their Mac's operating system to to 14.0 "Sonoma" until this incident is resolved and will provide another update as soon as more information becomes available.

    Status: Identified
    Update: Customers who have updated to the latest MacOS 14.0 "Sonoma" are experiencing audio issues when using the Aircall desktop and webapp. These include, but are not limited to: the inability to place or receive calls, audio devices not correctly detected ("no device found" error in the app, also microphone permission issues), no audio (in and out), delays in the audio, extended latency/network issues and overall poor app performance. Our Engineering team has identified the problem and are consulting with third party providers to reach a resolution. We are currently advising our customers to pause on upgrading their Mac's operating system to to 14.0 "Sonoma" until this incident is resolved and expect to provide another update in 24 hours or as soon as more information becomes available.

    Update: We are no longer experiencing SMS delivery delays when sending messages to Verizon and AT&T. This incident has been resolved.
  • Time: Sept. 28, 2023, 8:28 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: Our carrier is experiencing SMS delivery failures to Verizon and AT&T networks in the US for some phone numbers. They have implemented a fix and we will continue to monitor to ensure a full recovery. We expect to provide another update in 2 hours or as soon as more information becomes available.
