    Status: Resolved
    Update: We're happy to report that the issue with the Facebook Page "Overview" tab in Analytics has been resolved. The data should be backfilled for November 3rd-5th and there should no longer be any gaps. We really appreciate you hanging in there with us as we worked on resolving this issue. Let us know if you continue to see any gaps in data. We'd be happy to help!

    Status: Investigating
    Update: We are currently investigating what looks to be a Meta API bug that is limiting what data we are able to pull into the "Overview" tab within Buffer Analytics for Facebook pages. We apologise for the inconvenience this is causing and as soon as we have more information from Meta on the issue, we will update this page.

    Update: The issue has been resolved by TikTok and the TikTok channels are now able to be connected to Buffer. We really appreciate your patience throughout this issue. Do let us know if you continue to encounter any issues when making the connection.

    Status: Investigating
    Update: We are currently investigating an API issue within our integration with TikTok. This issue is preventing some TikTok accounts from being able to click through on the "Authorize" button in order to complete the connection with Buffer. Our engineers are working on this and we will follow up with any further updates as soon as we have them.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: X experienced an API outage from approximately 5:30 PM UTC until 6:12 PM UTC during which time most X posts sent through Buffer failed. Post success rate seems to have returned to normal, and we believe this is now fully resolved. Let us know if you run into any more trouble!

    Status: Identified
    Update: We are currently investigating an increase in X/Twitter post failures. This seems to be impacting most Twitter posts at this time, and looks to be an incident on their side. We are monitoring and will keep you updated with more information.
