    Update: Our email provider continues to experience scattered service delays. As a result, some emails from the CallRail app maybe intermittently delayed, including sign-up verifications, weekly summaries, and billing notifications. If you are experiencing issues, please report it to [email protected]. Thank you for your patience as we continue to monitor this situation and work to resolve the delays.

    Update: We have resolved both issues and have plans in place for data cleanup and future prevention.

    Update: Our team added resources and the queues are returning to normal. However, we did notice that number creation is experiencing issues, so adding that to the list of degraded services here for transparency.
