    Update: On November 29th 2023, at around 10:00 UTC, we detected delays in the generation of Copilot call Smart Summaries that affected some of our customers. This was caused by a service disruption on Azure’s OpenAI service. We created the delayed call summaries once the service was functional and validated that the customers were able to access Smart Summaries by 16:00 UTC on November 29th 2023. No customer data was at risk during this incident.

    Update: An upgrade to a core Java library caused an internal flag to be incorrectly set which led to the corresponding error banner. Aside from the misleading problem indication, there were no customer impacts from this problem. This issue did not affect data accuracy or integrity except for this particular internal flag.
