Description: At 2024-05-29 19:22 UTC customers reported problems with imports into Groove Flows. With further investigation, a newly implemented capability to restrict \(block\) particular sources of flow imports was determined to be malfunctioning. This capability had only been released to about 10% of Groove’s customer organizations. The error was corrected by 2024-05-30 15:53 UTC and proper import capabilities were restored. No customer data was at risk.

Description: Starting at 2024-05-23 22:44 UTC, we discovered that the “Send with Groove” functionality was not working as expected. We identified the root cause and restored the functionality by rolling back to the previous stable state by 2024-05-30 19:05 UTC. No user information or data was at risk during this incident.

Description: Beginning at 2024-05-28 15:00 UTC, an error in the setup of a code update prevented recipients of “shared call links” from Clari Copilot from being able to view shared calls. The issue was resolved by 2024-05-28 16:45 UTC. No user information or data was at risk during this incident and previously broken links are now restored to a working state.

Description: On 2024-05-23 00:49 UTC, a software update was deployed that impacted the Capture module which imports email and calendar activities into Clari’s datasets. We discovered a bug that would have caused Capture to refresh all events instead of only new and changed events. This would have caused a delay in ongoing activity synchronization for all Capture customers. We fixed the issue by 2024-05-23 18:45 UTC. Some customers may have seen delays during the incident in the synchronization of their latest activities into Clari. No data was lost during this incident.

Description: At 2024-05-15 11:55 UTC, a change in our deployment configuration revoked Copilot bot access to send messages to users on Microsoft Teams. The issue was resolved at 2024-05-17 08:06 UTC. During the impact window, users on Microsoft Teams did not receive any notifications from the Copilot bot. No customer data was at risk during this incident.
