With further investigation, a newly implemented capability to restrict \(block\) particular sources of flow imports was determined to be malfunctioning. This capability had only been released to about 10% of Groove’s customer organizations. The error was corrected by 2024-05-30 15:53 UTC and proper import capabilities were restored. No customer data was at risk.

    Update: On 2024-05-23 00:49 UTC, a software update was deployed that impacted the Capture module which imports email and calendar activities into Clari’s datasets. We discovered a bug that would have caused Capture to refresh all events instead of only new and changed events. This would have caused a delay in ongoing activity synchronization for all Capture customers. We fixed the issue by 2024-05-23 18:45 UTC. Some customers may have seen delays during the incident in the synchronization of their latest activities into Clari. No data was lost during this incident.
