The issue occurred due to a problem with an increased security process which was being progressively deployed for password-based authentication. SSO-based customers were not affected. No user information or data was compromised during this incident.

    Update: At 2024-04-24 02:00 UTC, multiple organizations were unable to edit fields from the Opportunities grid with the normal cursor selection process.  Our recent scheduled release introduced an issue where certain cursor events \(including double-click\) were not working in the Opportunities grid. The issue was resolved at 2024-04-24 08:10 UTC by rolling back this change. Keyboard-based navigation continued to work throughout this problem period.  No user data was compromised during this incident.

    Update: Around 2024-04-20 08:30 UTC, a configuration change interrupted integrations in Clari Copilot for all customers. Normal operations were restored by 2024-04-22 10:30 UTC for all customers except two. The last two customers were fully restored by 2024-04-23 06:00 UTC. No user data was compromised during this incident.
