Description: Starting around 2024-04-12 23:00 UTC, a feature update was released to about 10% of our customers. Of that group, about 10 organizations had a configuration which did not work properly with the updated feature, causing the loading of some fields to be skipped and resulting in the warning banner within the product. The updated feature was turned off while we investigated the configuration issue and then re-enabled after fixing the problem. Full functionality was restored for impacted organizations by 2024-04-16 22:00 UTC. No customer data was at risk during this incident.

Description: Starting around 2024-04-15 14:00 UTC, some users saw errors accessing the Clari application. All the affected services were returned to expected operation by 2024-04-15 15:21 UTC. The incident occurred due to an incorrect configuration on one internal service. Once the capacity was adjusted, the affected services returned to normal operation. No customer data was at risk during this incident.

Description: Around 2024-03-27 17:00 UTC, a malformed query impacted activity tracking in Clari for approximately 5% of our users. Normal operations were reinstated by 2024-04-05 12:46 UTC, with all affected user activities restored by 2024-04-06, including retroactive activities. No user data was compromised during this incident.

Description: Starting around 2024-04-04 10:30 UTC, a processing backlog on an internal system caused a delay in data loading for most organizations. The average delay was less than 90 minutes with a few outliers lagging up to 3 hours during the incident. Normal performance was restored by 2024-04-04 18:00 UTC for all organizations.

Description: Starting around 2024-03-28 06:11 UTC, a code change to a component in the Call details page of Copilot had an unexpected side-effect that caused errors in displaying account detail view information. After discovering the problem through a support case, the problematic code change was rolled back, resolving the error problem by 20:25 UTC the same day. No user data was at risk or damaged by this incident.
