Today's problems were caused by a disruption at a third-party service provider, leading to service degradation across the Help Scout platform.     Update: This incident has been resolved. AI Drafts are operating correctly and so we're closing this one out. Thanks for your patience!

    Update: Our 3rd party provider introduced a fix and AI Drafts should now be working correctly. We're keeping this incident in "Monitoring" for the time being and will send an alert when it's moved to "Resolved".
