Description: As of 17:00 UTC, 8/12/22, we received confirmation that the default in-app disclosure and privacy policy are acceptable and meet the requirements for acceptance into the Google Play Store and that previously rejected apps have been accepted. Should you still be experiencing rejections, please attempt to submit using the default version of all disclosures and privacy policies to ensure there is no policy-related rejection reason. We apologize for any challenges and inconvenience experienced as a result of this issue.

Description: As of 14:30 UTC, we implemented a potential solution for the issue related to case creation and update via email by cleaning up the database and rebooting the database server. We can no longer reproduce the issue identified. A small number of customers may still see duplicate tickets created, we are aware of this possibility and ask that customers affected open a ticket at https://support.fogbugz.com/hc/en-us. We apologize for any inconvenience or difficulty you may have experienced as a result of this issue.
