    Update: FogBugz is currently undergoing an unscheduled maintenance and upgrade. As part of this activity, incoming email handling and outgoing email notifications could be impacted, and there could be a temporary downtime experience.     Update: As of 04:15 UTC, we implemented a potential solution for the issue related to Generation of reports on the StreetSmart Web Portal . We have identified an issue in one of the configuration parameters and updated it in the backend, and we can no longer reproduce the issue identified.     Update: As of November 23rd, 19:30 UTC We have resolved some failing processes that were blocking access to StreetSmart resources. We have recovered the access to StreetSmart Web (www.streetsmartmobile.com) and Backend (web.streetsmartmobile.com) resources now and can see the service functioning as intended. Additionally, we have identified specific resources and triggers for additional monitoring, which will help us more rapidly detect and resolve similar issues should they reoccur. We apologize for any inconvenience or difficulty you may have experienced as a result of this issue.

    Update: The ongoing issue affecting access to www.streetsmartmobile.com and web.streetsmartmobile.com is still under investigation. This issue appears to be related to the job upload feature, and users will be temporarily unable to upload jobs manually. We recommend you to use the manual job creation until the issue with this feature has been fixed. We apologize for any inconvenience or difficulty you may have experienced as a result of this issue.

    Update: As of 18:05 UTC, we recovered the access to the StreetSmart web and backend while we continue working on a permanent solution. We expect no immediate end-user impact on the application and we are closely monitoring the user impact of this issue while we continue troubleshooting. We will provide further information as it becomes available.

    Update: We have determined that -after yesterday’s incident got resolved- the web interface and backend app synchronization are still experiencing intermittent failures. Users may experience problems with the interface pulling incorrect/incomplete data, or not loading correctly. We are still investigating and working on a permanent fix to the issue.

After optimizing the performance of the backend resources we have seen a significant improvement in our service response. We expect this to alleviate the immediate performance issues and expect no lasting data or performance impact. We are investigating this further and will provide updates when we have more details.
