Description: As of November 23rd, 19:30 UTC We have resolved some failing processes that were blocking access to StreetSmart resources. We have recovered the access to StreetSmart Web (www.streetsmartmobile.com) and Backend (web.streetsmartmobile.com) resources now and can see the service functioning as intended. Additionally, we have identified specific resources and triggers for additional monitoring, which will help us more rapidly detect and resolve similar issues should they reoccur. We apologize for any inconvenience or difficulty you may have experienced as a result of this issue.
